A compact camera housing for XIAO ESP32S3 Sense

Protect a Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32S3 Sense camera project in a snug two-piece housing. The enclosure keeps the lens, USB-C connection and SD-card area accessible and provides a 14 × 13 mm opening for a user-supplied heatsink.

Materials and colors

Black and White are printed in PLA Tough+ for added durability. Orange, Blue, Green, Red, Gray, Purple and Yellow are printed in standard PLA.

Need another color? Select Custom Color Request — 3+ Only and order at least three of this case. Availability will be confirmed before production; uncommon colors may add processing time.

Compatibility — read before ordering

Designed around the XIAO ESP32S3 Sense expansion-board form factor shown by the source. Seeed now ships different camera-sensor revisions, so verify lens/module placement and heatsink dimensions before ordering. It is not a generic XIAO or full-size ESP32 camera case.

What is included

Printed enclosure top and bottom only. XIAO board, Sense expansion board, camera, antenna, heatsink, SD card, cable and electronics are not included.

Each case is printed to order. Minor layer lines, seams and small surface variations are normal characteristics of functional FDM 3D printing.

Production geometry is used without dimensional changes; where a source 3MF was converted to STL, geometry and millimeter scale were preserved.
