Airflow-aware protection for Raspberry Pi 5

Protect a Raspberry Pi 5 while preserving the airflow path of the official Active Cooler. This fitted two-piece enclosure uses a reinforced snap fit and gives project builders a choice of top-panel access patterns.

Materials and colors

Black and White are printed in PLA Tough+ for added durability. Orange, Blue, Green, Red, Gray, Purple and Yellow are printed in standard PLA.

Need another color? Select Custom Color Request — 3+ Only and order at least three of this case. Availability will be confirmed before production; uncommon colors may add processing time.

Compatibility — read before ordering

Fits a full-size Raspberry Pi 5 used with the official Active Cooler. It is not a Raspberry Pi 4 or Pi Zero case and is not the Pimoroni NVMe Base version. Large HATs, alternate coolers and base-mounted NVMe hardware may require a different enclosure.

What is included

One printed base and one printed top in the selected access style. Raspberry Pi, Active Cooler, HATs, cables, storage and electronics are not included.

Each case is printed to order. Minor layer lines, seams and small surface variations are normal characteristics of functional FDM 3D printing.
